The Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) on May 29, 2025, issued a circular regarding the Important Updates on the Digital Platform and DIGI-PHARMed Portal.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the DIGI-PHARMed portal now includes a Username Retrieval Facility, enabling users to recover forgotten usernames conveniently through a streamlined self-service process.
• A new Grievance Redressal feature has been integrated into the DIGI-PHARMed portal. Users must now submit and monitor all grievances through this module only. Email-based grievance submissions will no longer be entertained.
• Registered users can now update their personal and professional details via the newly added Profile Update Facility on the DIGI-PHARMed portal, enhancing user autonomy and accuracy of records.
• Pharmacists can now update the following details directly through the Profile section in the Digi-Pharmed portal: Basic Information (Name, Address etc.), Educational Qualifications and Bank Account Details.
